Life on planet Earth is doomed to be tough and human beings won’t be prepared for all the catastrophic events that are going to happen. Global warming is a strong element to complicate life on Earth. Due to this fact, there will be a world desertification and the melting of the poles will become a reality.
The world desertification entails a lack of food and lack of water. When our planet turns into a desert, lots of animals will go extinct and there won’t be places where we can sow seeds for future crops. Moreover, the potable water will start disappearing, as the rivers will turn into long ground gaps and the only evidence of river fish will be their skeletons.

On the other side, the melting of the poles will bring illnesses and an increase of the sea level. On the poles, lots of ancient viruses will unfreeze and they are cureless for us. This fact brings with it death and chaos. Furthermore, the sea level will rise and therefore, the coasts and big cities like Barcelona will flood. As cities and coasts get flooded, the need of migration to the places that are farther from the sea becomes a reality. This movement will entail a lack of resources for everyone.
